I play games in the language that I experienced the characters in first. Naruto? Japanese. DBZ? English. If I switch voices, it just doesn't feel like they're the same characters anymore.

I'm going to play it in Japanese, because the voices fit way more and they don't sound lame when the say their jutsu.
