Why is this game getting released in english before japanese?

I'm greatfui and all, but I can't think of any logical reason.

Same here. I feel bad for Japan.. But at the same time it's awesome that we get it THAT much earlier than them.

Release dates alternate. We got Storm 2 first, JPN got Gen first and now we get Storm 3 first

Isn't the first time this happened.
Storm 1 came in Japan last, and I believe Storm 2 first came out in Europe.

Don't feel bad for them cause we get the game first. They're still hoarding a decent chunk of games that America and ENGLAND wanted for a while. It's not like we made Fallout then looked at Japan and said. "LOL NOPE"

I think its because they had sell out games that only sell in Japan alot of times so they know that other parts of the world appreciate anime well so they start selling other version first :D
