The Tobi one is fine, but the Gaara one does not work bexause the opponent can jump out of it.

I looked at the combos again and I came up with 2 full proof NMCs for Gaara and Tobi. I also found one for EMS Sasuke. Lastly I threw in Madara and Raikage NMC that uses a few hits from Darui's support.

Madara can do one unassisted, he uses his Demon Wind Shuriken rather than a NMC though.

Im not making part 3 unless I find something else. I'll probably just make a video of everyone who can do that.
