This. I can't imagine any other English VA playing Sasuke. And the English dub is actually pretty good. If you want a bad dub, watch Elfen Lied. Granted, it's not quite as good as Samurai Champloo or Code Geass, I still think the dub is hugely underrated, and a lot of English VA's fit the characters well.

Also, the voice acting pitch may have been toned up or down to throw off copyright claimers, so it may have sounded worse than it actually is.
