No, not everyone can use supports while awakened.
Nope, you can't use your ougi.

Why isn't her ougi even remotely related to the Shintenshin Jutsu? WTF? That's like her most powerful hability and they use that for a crappy grab. Her ougi should be her pwning the opponent with the Shintenshin. Just sayin...
