Character Buffs/Nerfs

-Nerfs-

Minato:

- Awakened teleport uses more chakra
- No invincibility after using flying raijin level 2 in awakening

Masked Man:

- No lingering explosives after performing jutsu
- Cannot charge chakra while using awakened action intangibility
- Ougi is more punishable if dodged or blocked
- Justu is more easily interrupted

Fuu:

- Awakened 7-tailes mode is hitbox is treated as though it were on the ground despite flying (can be hit normally by ground combos like every other big awakening)

All Puppet Users:

- Puupet user characters as defense-type support don't come back any faster than other defense-type supports after blocking a dash

Pain & Asuma:

- Chakra shuriken no longer have a heavy stumbling effect on foes they hit

Nagato:

- Tilt is slightly slower
- Awakened jutsu has slightly longer start-up time

Hanzo:

- Hitbox on combo attacks don't reach behind him

Konan:

- Decrease jump speed & distance in awakening

Madara:

- Additional long-ranged combo hits don't initiate unless the first punch he throws connects with the foe

Guy:

- Increased speed of gradual health lost while in awakening

Kiba:

- Chakra dash canceling also causes Akamaru to stop dashing as well
- Akamaru doesn't bump into the foe when chakra dashing, only Kiba himself does
- Awakened action doesn't home-in on foes that are airborne

Kimimaro:

- Decreased throw speed
- Jutsu is more easily interrupted

-Buffs-

Temari:

- Increased start-up speed on physical combo attacks
- Tornadoes throws in awakened mode cannot be chakra dashed through

Yamato:

- Increased jutsu start-up speed

Chiyo:

- Puppets chakra dash faster
- Jutsu still plays through even if foe blocks

Gaara:

- Tilt has more homing and a larger hitbox
- Chakra shuriken once gain has a knock-back effect

Orochimaru:

- Recovers from tilt and jutsu faster

Tenten:

-Increased start-up speed on physical combo & tilt attacks

Karin:

- Faster tilt attack
- Less punishable after air combo upon block or dodge


That's all I can think up for now. Attack me all you want these are just opinions.

Nagatos don't need to be changed because if those changes are made then he won't be balanced anymore. His non awakened jutsu is already slow to start and his tilt is just fine.

These are the ones I don't agree with. I shall explain why for each one individually.


Madara - That essentially makes him unable to guard break and sends him down to the bottom in terms of useful characters.

Guy- The health drain is already pretty fast, any faster and you'd end up dead almost instantly.

Chiyo - Her jutsu did that in Gens and it was awful. It was like Kimimaro pt. 2: Old Lady Edition. I don't want that back because it would make Kimimaro's nerfs ineffective.

Gaara - As someone who used Gaara in gens, I must say the shuriken thing was broken. It went straight through guard supports and let Gaara float away while knocking people back. Not to mention his shuriken were really difficult to interrupt.

Karin - Her tilt is already invincible, no need to make it lightning fast as well.
The air combo being punishable is a good thing. If it's completely safe then it's becoming more and more broken.

They need to give Shikamaru and Gaara , Pains and Asumas ckunai stun because it makes more sense to compensate for no knock back and its more balanced because its not as fast
