Soon we'll get to see if their theory of 'if your comp could play 1.0 it'll have no problem playing 2.0'

We already know it its true, one of the last leaks was run on a Phenom II X2 in a 8800GTX with 2 gigs of RAM and ran perfectly fine, with medium settings mind you but it ran fine.

Well that's good. If you can run FFXIV 1.0 on medium settings at least, you'll easily be able to max out ARR on high settings. My set up consists of the following:

8GB RAM
560ti SuperClocked
i5 650

And I can run the alpha maxed out with high consistent frame rate - even in crowded areas.

Funny the last benchmark made me upgrade to what I'm using now and this new benchmark will actually make me happy about my computer's performance in xiv. It was ok before but not great.
