No one in this entire topic gave good advice.
You need to balance skills based on where you are accuracy wise.
If you're just starting Coil try to stay around 465 accuracy (Over cap with food) and Crit, Det, and lastly skill speed are the stats you'll be looking for armor wise.
These principles should be used for any gear set, look at the desired accuracy for whatever you're fighting and balance your gear around that.
