How does that work?

Craft the gear with weaver/armorer/blacksmit/goldsmith > mail to friend > mail to alt.

You also dont need to make an alternate character to level up different classes. That is the beauty of this game. I have leatherwoeking and weaving high enougb to supply any other classws i wosh to play with hq items. No need to send to an alt.

The thing is, a lot of people fail to realize that crafting equipment is just as good if it better than raid equipment depending on the Materia you meld on it. Sure the INITIAL statistics may be better by about 10 points, but raid equipment doesn't have Materia slots, and crafting stuff has the maximum amount of Materia slots. Let's say for example you put 4 (the max amount of slots I've personally seen) Quick Tounge 5, that's 12 points each, and that's 48 points total of quick casting on top of what the equip, ent already offers.

It can get pretty insane.

I'm not Superman, that's for sure. And I'm not Batman or Spiderman or Aquaman or a wolfman or a merman. I'm not brahman or common or ramen, either.

I agree with this.

Crafted equipment can be better than raid equipment, depending on the materias you have available.

It's also a technically a good way to make money for yourself.

Making HQ gear is always worthwhile, since their stats are better & you can't buy them from shops.
