For me it's a tie between Calling To The Night and The Best Is Yet To Come, with Snake Eater and Way To Fall in equal second place.
We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams... Yea, in spite of a dreamer who slumbers, and a singer who sings no more.

Tough call between Sins of the Father and Calling to the Night. I voted for Calling to the Night since it was down.

Whatever Portable Ops's status canonically, Calling to the Night is a beautiful song.

Calling to the Night for sure. I love putting that on the iPod during battles in MGS4

The Best is Yet to Come is my favourite MGS theme, but I don't understand the vocals so they don't really do much for me.
Why? Because **** you is why.

The Best is Yet to Come. The moment I began MGS, and heard the track play as Snake is swimming to the surface at the dock, I knew this wasn't your average game. The title is extremely stupid, though. Same with Love Theme. Epic music, dumb titles.

Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday is my number two favorite vocal track. It's magical, and whenever I want to pretend I'm in a rainy Times Square, I play it.

Snake Eater just has that 60's James Bond super spy vibe that everyone loves.

Sins of the Father > Snake Eater > Heaven's Divide > Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday

Just my opinion.
Waiting for: FFX/X-2 HD Remaster, GTA V, KH HD 1.5 ReMIX, MGSV, FFXV, KH III

Way to Fall was such an epic song for the credits of MGS3. I forgot about that.
