We are still measuring, but things like aging are not happening.

The answer to this is simple. Just find a rose garden and observe a single rose. Look at all the different meanings that can be derived from that single rose. That is where the answer lies.

I hope this is not the case, how would he explain how one specific area was saved while the chaos had 200 years to take everything over?
