Expected it to happen in this year's TGS....maybe

EDIT: The game is currently 30% in progress so I think the first trailer might be shown...or at least a teaser trailer?

Maybe TGS, they've been releasing videos so maybe a build up to it.

Basically this. To be specific, I predict anywhere between the middle of November and the new year, if we don't get a glimpse at TGS. If we do get something at TGS, I can almost guarantee it will be nothing more than a CG teaser like XIII-2's reveal trailer, ie:
