One contentious trilogy does not mean that an entire insanely iconic franchise has fallen from its glory, especially since Type-0 was very much praised and loved in Japan. Same with Bravely Default, which is basically Final Fantasy with a different name.

Yes, I am. One of the reasons as to why FFVII was so revolutionary was because of its CGI cinematics.
