What did you guys think of him. I never see his name mentioned, like ever, not in love or in hate.

Cid Raines had a very anticlimactic ending and didn't have much screen time

He wasted Lightning & co's time about 20 minutes in that fight. 2-3 staggers to defeat him.

then he got killed by a gun shot from Rosch. WTF?

He's definitely the worst Cid, perhaps tied with the FF:The Spirits within Dr. Sid.
