Seriously, what development is there with Noel and Serah? The latter's suspicions about him quickly fade away after Bodhum 3AF, and for the rest of the game they're just amicable towards eachother. There's no real passion, no driving force nor chemistry between them that makes the two look good together, which leads me to the conclusion that anyone who could possibly support Noel x Serah does it because they're two physically attractive young people.
