Caius for being the best antagonist in the series.
I'm surprised to see Sazh on top. He's not a bad character but I didn't think people would prefer a walking stereotype over better characters like Noel, Hope and Caius.

is exactly what you are saying, people vote for sazh because he is the funny guy, and
everybody likes him in that aspect, but in realty you prefer him acompanying you that
control him as solo playable character.
