We will see:
Hope, Noel, Fang, Vanille, Sazh, and Dazh in physical forms.
But Serah and Snow is a little unsure. Snow might be physical and Serah may only come in the spirit form or something. Depend on what SE want to do with her.

All the cast will make a return, that had been confirmed.

No. She is not going to save the world. She is going to sacrifice herself to perform the last mircale and bring the people into the new Cocoon and bring Serah back to life so she can be with Snow. Then she will take up her throne in the new realm of Death as Goddess Lightning.
