I must admit that I'm not very familiar with the FF that came before the year 2000. In fact, the first FF game I ever played was XII. But I come on here and often see that people relish the times when they could play games like FF9 and the earlier titles. It may just be nostalgia, but I wanted to just get an opinion from you guys as to what you think FF games are lacking in this new modern era of gaming.

2000+ includes IX and onward, who each have different problems.

I voted other and by that i mean a world map. Apart from that i see nothing wrong with modern FF. Tbh it isn't a big deal for me. I just think a world map like Ni No Kuni would be nice in a game like XIII.

Watching: Hokuto No Ken. Reading: ASoIaF (again).
