I say that because nothing will actually change. Toriyama and Nomura will continue to have a stupid amount of control over the big projects, and those will thus continue to suck. Who knows, he may even be worse than the previous guy, he may embrace the move to Phones even more!

It can't possibly get much worse than it is now. Say for the new CEO actually wants SE to focus primarily on mobile gaming, then we as fans can say, "I'm done with this company". Sweet, we can move on.

And besides, SE themselves said earlier that they would return to making more console titles rather than iOS/Android casual games in the future. Is it just a coincidence with Yoichi Wada's stepping down as the company's president? Nobody knows, but it may be more than that.
