Which FF villain had the most "just" goals/motives?

"Just" I don't know, but Kuja's was really in-character for him.

He was just a big baby after all.

Vayne and Cid Aulstyne
I have always hoped for a BERSERK Final Fantasy Game to be made realized.

I'd say Vayne and Barthandelus.

Sephiroth whose reasons I found boring compared to pretty much all other villains anyway. Sadly my favorite Final Fantasy villain isn't on the list.

Yeah, Caius' motive is pretty just. "You're making my Loli suffer, so I'll destroy all reality!"

Vayne really do have some interesting motives, though. Kind of reminds me of Ozymandias. FFXII's story really had a lot of potential, and that's some of the most frustrating aspects of it, since you never get to see it really fulfilled...

Vayne really do have some interesting motives.

Which is why like Vayne better than Sephiroth, Kefka, and all other villains in the series. Too me is more memorable with Cidolfus Demen Bunansa being a close second.
