I'll put Tigrex at the top of my list. He shouldn't be hard for me, but he is. Always raging around like a jerk.

Blos is actually way easier in Tri. Predictable surfacing and the tighter hitboxes make him pretty easy for anyone coming from older MH's.

You're sure you aren't getting that backwards? Old Diablos targets and comes out where you were one hour before, and it's generally easier. 3rd gen Diablos is objectively more difficult, but old Diablos had perfect tracking in its charges when 3rd gen Diablos doesn't.

PS 2 Diablos is notorious for its insane HP pool and has gotten easier in MHFU due to being so subceptile to pellet spam.
In 3G however,Diablos has a new homing charge that tracks you even you are running away from the furthest end of the map.Black blos can lock you down in a quake stun and catapult itself at you with twice the speed in tri.

Barioth is just the worst. Dude is too darn fast.

Old Blos' resurfacing was sketchy in that sometimes he'd burrow to where you were (where he'd normally surface), but then stop, and rather than resurfacing he'd dig straight to where you were standing at that moment. It's hard to explain, but you had a tiny reaction frame. Old Blos also resurfaced much quicker after digging, and in general moved faster. So I'm pretty sure I don't have it backwards, at least from my experience.

Weakpoints are another matter. Old Blos' tail/rump is an easier target than new Blos' stomach/neck.

Damn i still remember four horns on the ps2 i still remember how annoying it was.

But in regards to the topic for 3rd generation monsters the hardest for me would have to be Jho i know he is really not that hard to figure out but his attack style is always hard for me.

The hardest for me were always underwater fighting...I always seemed to struggle at dodging in the water. Other than that Jho gave me some problems.

The monster that I always had a pretty easy time with was Uragaan. I just seemed to be able to knock him out more often than most monsters.

And gen two its gravios solely because the fight was no fun (excluding Lao of course)

Rajang is a lot of fun and a little over rated granted I still can't solo the twin terrors event quest
