So I was going for T10, got T9 instead. How would I go about restarting the process to try and get T10 again? Would I just hit New Game or do I have to somehow delete my data first?

What is the exact timing for starting the stopwatch. it is pressing OK after "some games that use the date and time..." or is the the OK where it says "date and time have been saved"?

I'm wondering that as well.
