I've played with plenty that play songs while fighting. In fact, I think not enough of them even play the songs. Some just keep fighting and it's like, what's the point of using a HH if you're not gonna take advantage of its niche? --- I don't even read -YouStillHateMe
good HH users bring appropriate HHs and utilize tunes to fit the fight, ie antidote, para immune, etc

It really depends on the HH user..but as a few mentioned.
A skilled one will play songs while fighting. So when you have one sometimes playing music..take a look and see if they are using the recital to also attack. As it does churn out attacks as part of playing. And they are some of the stronger attacks available to HH users.
So yes a good HH user is focused on playing songs. The trick is they play the song as part of their attacks. --- Reviewer and news gaming sites are only credible if it proves the poster's point. If it doesn't, then they're just biased trash. -- Savott on Troll logic.
