if anything, it looks like 3% better, maybe it's just cause I haven't played it in 7 months, but the hail/beards look sort of better. Lot of other stuff, armor textures especially still looks like musty butt though.

Sorry that it is too complicated for you to make the connection. >_>

You reply with a smart ass remark after I posted proof of the HD textures not being HD? Not to mention you being completely off topic. Nicely done kid.

BF3 had a hd pack that if you didnt have installed, made bf3 look like a ps2 game. When you installed it, it made the game look like what its suppose to.

What he is saying is that its the same case here. if you dont install it, the game looks worse than the regular DD, and if you install it, it makes DA look the way its suppose to be.

Really not hard to get man.

Has nobody here ever played battlefield 3?

It has an hd texture pack and the game looks soooo much better with it.

I don't see what BF has to do with this game.

You must be simple.

Although it must be noted that the HD texture pack does not enhance the visuals of the original game. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is a big game that is impossible to be fitted into a single DVD9 disc. Instead the visuals in Disc 1 are downgraded to save space for Dark Arisen expansion. The players must install Disc 2 HD texture pack to play the game with its original visuals.

I was going to pick it up, but it seems that I would be better off just downloading it. That way I wouldn't have to worry about texture packs........hopefully.

I did wonder about this because I couldn't tell any difference visually after installing them with the original game.

As always I think the answer is somewhere in between. I've been playing Dragons Dogma all week in preparation for this and there is a slight improvement to the graphics. It looks slightly brighter and sharper to me, although not anything ground breaking. Load times are also improved.

It sucks, I don't remember the original game looking this*****y.
It gave me a headache.
It's blurry.
