pawn behavior learned from arisen?

I've heard that pawns will mimic your behavior, is this true?

I've been experimenting with my ranger pawn inclination, varying from challenger/mitigator/ultilitarian/scather in various combinations, but she still sometimes pointless climbs cyclops and does nothing, and doesn't shoot as much as I want her to. I pretty much just want er to spam tenfold arrow or at least fearful din or something

If I wipe the slate clean, change my arisen to ranger for a while, and just spam tenfold arrow, will my pawn eventually start to copy me and spam tenfold as well?

Not sure how it works completely. But on the subject of Inclinations, Scather tends to make Rangers/Striders want to climb more often then not.

yeah I think you're right about that

So far I think I've gotten best results with challenger/utilitarian or utilitarian/challenger

It is true in a way, however I think it still works within the inclination system. For example, if you rush into battle and attack the stronger enemies then your pawn's inclination will gradually shift to scather and they will start doing the same thing. Based on my experience, pawns won't mimic the skills/tactics you use.

You should get good results with primary inclination as utilitarian. I've never seen a utilitarian ranger that didn't love to spam fearful din. >.>

My pawn copied climbing off me which was annoying because she's supposed to tank ****.
