Welcome to Pawn Club!

IMPORTANT:

Anyone can create this thread...gamers come and go.

Pawn Club List Version 2:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AtFxf351Vn-udG9nRVhwcklUaHJodF8yQzVQUi01VGc

The original list was lost, so please be sure and add your Pawn to the list and...

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE, THANKS!!!

The last spreadsheet became outdated and suffered for it, so if we can keep our info up to date it will be all the more useful.

Enter your info in the spreadsheet as follows:

Gamefaqs Nick | PSN | Pawn name | Pawn vocation | Pawn level | Pawn inclinations | Additional Info | Last Update

Acknowledging a hire:

An important "duty", post a little thank you about who rented your pawn, what RC you got, and what gift you received.

This is important because through these posts we can see who is active and whom isn't.

So maybe the member hasn't posted in 7 days, but there were 5 people thanking him for hires, letting the rest of us know that the member is still around.

Press "square" in the "hire window" which shows the Arisen's name, PSN, RC, and items you got - this will show you more detailed information, so cycle through it with R1.

Hiring higher level pawns:

To lower level players, you can hire higher level pawns for free by sending a friend request to their owner. Once accepted they cost 0 RC, but you should know that there is an exp penalty for renting pawns above your current level that caps at 25 levels above your Arisen.
You should also add your own info in your signature, as this will make it easier for others to hire you when all your info is always right under your posts. It's also the best way to promote your pawn.

NEW Activity stat system: Please add stars to your entry so that you have 3 stars. *** Individual stars will be removed on a fixed schedule to more easily identify active & inactive members. If YOU do not keep your entry up to date, YOUR ENTRY WILL END UP BEING DELETED.

Thanks for your participation!

The wonderful thing about gaming is that we can all play the way we want to, if people want to get big help to get there that's their choice. I myself like to struggle through the first time round but that's how I like to do it.(I was at level 200 with Whynot before I joined up here) & let's not forget that many of these low level players have already played through & are now trying it a different way or want to get back to where they were quickly. Who are we to try & tell them how to play? I mean just because FirstBorn likes to play in his pink tutu for example, who are we to judge?

I completely agree with you, but not everyone thinks like you and I. I never give low level pawns overpowered equipment. As you said, it ruins the experience. The problem is that many individuals simply want everything handed to them instead of experiencing the game to the fullest.

@Karmi: You ask who we are to tell them how to play but we're the ones they're asking to dictate how they play.

Its just food for thought, maybe something up for vote. I just don't think we should be other people's personal Game Genies.

Well like i said a level cap or up to the players discretion what they give them. Someone asks for a good sword give them a edens warden. The only sad thing is that if we dont help they will find someone somewhere thats gonna give them op stuff anyway.

Btw sorry if im butting in just want to put my views out there even though im new :L

I think you missed the point of what I was saying. While I don't disagree with your line of thinking I don't think we have the right to dictate how people should play. I don't feel that's the heart & soul of this club. "But" like John said, we can decide not to give them equipment or items beyond their current level. I know if I see a level 15 player asking for BBA-3, I might send them a little better gear than what they have, but will ignore the BBA-3 request. Also, don't forget, if they equip too high a level of weapon for example, the stamina penalty will make them useless & no one will hire them anyway.
