On second play through with my Miku Shepard in ME1 and was on Feros when I got a Phantom X light armor for Garrus but as soon as I got into the Mako it suddenly glitched out and flipped over the edge causing me to start at after getting rid of the geth in the tower.

I might never get another set for the rest of the game.

Check the container again. I'm almost certain the contents don't randomize everytime you open it; I believe that happens when you enter an area.


Also just out of curiosity, what's so special about it (besides being Nihlus' armor)?

More than Predator or Colossus? Maybe, though on higher difficulties DR is much more important.
