What exactly is Rasetsu mode?

Topic. Seems like it does a lot of things, or at least affects a lot of them.

For starters, think Land of Carnage 2.0.

Stat Caps are raised by a few digits, Items can be leveled to 999 instead of 300, and have stat caps to match this. Enemy stats are even higher then LoC. You still drain a small portion of stats from slain enemies.

Might be something else as well.

How great of a stat increase are we talking?

Regular and Land of Carnage Mode stat cap: 99,999,999 All stats except HP (I forgot the max for that one)
Rasetsu Mode stat cap: 9,999,999,999,999 HP and 999,999,999 All other stats

And you'll need as much as you can if you want to even think about taking on Baal.

This was probably just a joke, but is that actually a thing you can do with Mana in this one?
