I heard rumors some people sell or trade in an old system to help them afford the new.
Surely nonsense, though. Everyone can afford everything.

then maybe they shouldn't do that, or just sell their PS3 games with it. It's not that hard to save up money and not get the system ASAP.

Its not like they didn't give us a nine or ten month heads up to start saving.

Additionally, it's not like PS4s are on a "First come, first serve" basis either. You can wait until just before the PS5 is released and still get a PS4. there's no rush to get one and as such, no excuse for not being able to save up the money for one. If you can't save up because you don't have a job, then you shouldn't be trying to move into the next generation until you get a steady income.

Don't get me wrong, obviously it would be a great addition to the PS4, however its not a deal breaker to me.

Why would Sony make a backwards compatible PS4 when they can resell you those games on the ps store as classics? Personally I would like BC but I know it won't happen..now that theyv'e realised that they can more money from classics.
