Avoiding sales tax on the PS4

I live in Illinois and although I can avoid the sales tax from ordering from Amazon, I still have to file a use tax. Does your state charge sales tax from ordering the PS4 online?

I live in NH, so there's no Sales tax, so I got it pretty good for that.

If you have Family in NH, or a friend or something, you could have it shipped to them to avoid it, and then have them ship it to you, or go visit and pick It up.

I have someone else do my taxes, so I was probably charged sales tax all the time.

buy one on ebay after launch. That way you don't commit fraud

Why not just pay the tax?

I probably did, otherwise the IRS would have been at my door already.

Because on a $400 purchase sales tax adds up, especially considering you will be possibly getting a game or two, extra controller, PS Plus...in MA this could easily add up to another $40 bucks or more when all is said and done, that could have been spent on something else.

Luckily for me I live near the border of NH.
