sony > nintendo for exclusives.
Not changing until Jaguars win their division - 3/22/2006
3DS FC: 2380 - 3306 - 9208

They both have great first-party studios, but I'll have to give the edge to Nintendo.

Nintendo. I love Sony's games, but you can't beat Mario, Zelda and Donkey Kong.
Thank you for saving gaming and for giving us Steam, Gabe Newell

Tough to tell. I guess I'd have to go with Nintendo since they have really good games that I like replaying over and over again(Smash and Kart), while Sony has games that offer really good campaigns/story modes that I usually play once or twice through, then I'm done.

no offence but not one Sony character and only Master chief for MS are known and regonized by mainstream media or non gamers or older generation who dont game or are mentioned in culture or entertainment references.

You always see Mario or Luigi or donkey kong or sonic or pacman ( not Nintendo I know ) popping up in references or mentioned in other mediums of entertainment

Yes, you can.

Nintendo's first party lineup has been really disappointing/ abysmal lately.

A quick glance at the 3DS' offerings should be enough to show you how bad they've been mistreating their first party IPS.

Sony has really developed its 1st party studio so I would say they are on par but their appeal is vastly different.
