1.5TB because 2TB HDD for the PS4 don't yet exist for consumers.
2.5" form factor, no thicker than 9.5mm (.37")

Thanks, but that looks to be a standard drive, I'm looking for a hybrid for the speed improvements. Also I'm fine with 1.5tb if it's available now.

Yeah. The M9T is a standard drive. Most of the tests that I saw concerning standard vs. hybrid vs. solid state drives and speed improvements didn't show me a huge difference between the three to warrant solid state or hybrid over a traditional. I recall the biggest time difference I saw in levels loading was 35 secs according to their tests. I'm not in that much of a rush while waiting for levels to load. I plan on getting the M9T when it hits the market. I'm worried more about capacity than speed performance.

Everything I've seen has shown a fairly significant difference between standard and hybrid/ssd, but not much of a difference between hybrid and pure ssd. Plus, hybrid's don't cost much more than a regular drive, plus I have hybrids on my laptop and love them. So my personal preference looks to be hybrid at this point.

If you can wait for a 2tb or + to become available I would. Or even an external HDD in a future patch.

Can anyone recommend a 1TB 7200 rpm SSHD that'll fit the PS4?

Honestly, I'm hoping to put it on my Xmas wishlist, so time is of the essence ;-)

So does a 1.5 in that size not exist or what?
