so I've had my PS4 for a while now and want to change out my hard drive.

Is there a process I can do to back up all of my data on an external drive and re load everything on the new drive? I have about 150GB on the thing that I do not want to have to redownload (pretty slow connection).

I've seen a lot of stuff on how to replace the drive itself, but nothing about the data.

this is a link to the only thing I have seen on it myself

http://boxclash.com/update-ps4-firmware-new-hard-drive-2/

if you scroll towards the bottom it says you can do so using a USB storage device but I have not tried it myself yet. So I am not sure if they mean all data or just save data from games. My new SSD doesnt get here for a couple more days but then we shall see >___>
