What are some good ethernets to switch to for gaming?

I have some Ethernet cords connected to my PS4, but my speed test is slow on it. I'm getting around 15-25 MBPS on the PS4 when I pay for 60. Funny thing is, my cousin and I had a download race on the PS4 where we downloaded Outlast and see who finishes first. We shut off every wireless device in the house and did it, he finished first and he pays for 30 MBPS Internet and he gets around 30 on his PS4.

I'm assuming it must be the cables, so what are some good Ethernet cords to switch to for gaming?

Also, I would like a 25-50 foot one also because I have an Ethernet connected in my room from the living room.
