If it's in the terms and conditions then I say fair, next. People need to learn to read. It's like paying for a game and then complaining that it goes on sale after you buy it. You must buy the game in full to allow pre-loading. A price drop isn't covered by buying something.

Where does it say they wouldn't give a refund?

That means no refunds or even partial refunds in this case. Try as they might, the people who requested refunds were denied due to this clause at the end of the pre-order page. If this evolves into something large enough, we wouldn’t be surprised seeing Sony change their minds just this once, but for the time being, it doesn’t look like this is the case.

Except not at all. The people who pre-ordered the game before now have not gotten access to the game, and have not gotten anything extra that people who pre-order now will, justifying the increased cost they're paying. Lots of sites that allow pre-ordering guarantee that if the price of the game changes between pre-order and release, you will get the cheapest option.

tbh i don't see why they should give out any refunds because every game that's available for pre-order states that there are no refunds in the description.
