When it comes to classes in any type of game being rpg/fps etc.

What do you think of the "Support/Medic type class"

I know many people think the hard hitting, stealthy, tanky type classes are baddass for how they can battle enemys, but what do you think of the support class? Are they a p*ssy class in your eyes? Or do you also respect them?

depending on the game, they are the most needed. Healers usually can get in parties faster, than other roles.

I started loving them in Team Fortress Classic....almost NO ONE used them in dustbowl, and when I busted out the class, I started winning like 90% of the time, with some awesome scores.

Fast forward to PSO, and using a FO was pretty fun. Buff and heal when needed (especially bosses and tougher enemies), nuke the crap out of little guys besides that.

Battlefield Hardline (beta)--medic was OK, was nice not having them OP...
EwokCommanda, Enigma, Wahooka, Belisarius, Skarr, and R-110 (and similars).

I used to hate the healer class. Lately I like them better

I really respect the healer class. I would never get as far in any game without a faithful medic constantly casting healing spells.
My sig will never happen, but it would be awesome if it did.
