Enjoy.

"On the evidence of the last few weeks", he writes, "what we are seeing is the end of gamers, and the viciousness that accompanies the death of an identity."

Fair warning to Kotaku.

In terms of true gamers, ones who actually place themselves within this hobby as opposed to being somebody swept along the mainstream tide, they aren't exactly wrong.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but that doesn't mean it's an intelligent opinion.

Can we go back to the days when women didn't care about video games, rather than spent their days trying to end them?

This is the kind of crap that I don't like seeing on Kotaku. I actually like the site, but they need to stay far away from controversy like this. The unique, often little-known games that they post articles about are really interesting, but I don't like this kind of poor "journalism" getting in the way.

What's is your definition of a true gamer? I think it's safe to say games themselves have been mainstream for a few decades now.
