Microsoft confirms 'pre-owned fee' for Xbox One

Microsoft has confirmed that all Xbox One games will require mandatory installation onto the system's hard drive and, to install the same disc onto another user's drive, a fee must be paid.

has no friends, thinks this is week.


I remember back in high school it was hard to afford new NES games. there was no online in those a a for obvious reasons.
Me and my friends would always trade games around. I would not have played 1/4 of the games that when through my NES without sharing games!

Didn't they say everything was going to be cloud storage? I was under the impression that there wasn't even going to be a hard drvie, maybe something small for settings and what not. Anyone else thought that too?
