It will in fact be against the law to re-sell your console as of sometime in 2014 or 2015.

False?

Never really heard of that law either or maybe I'm just unaware.

Complete fact. 100% undeniably true. Just in case you try and sneak a way to try and sell it? Kinect will know and it WILL FIND YOU.

Good question.

A lot of people like to sell their old consoles + games in bundles.

That does pose a good question. How do you sell your system to anyone but Micro who can wipe it, when all those licenses are on it and tied to your profile....

Would every game be an individual transaction? Damn.
#8FoppePosted 5/24/2013 12:33:05 PM
True.
And by 2015, it's illegal to not own a Xbox one and have it connected to internet.

The Supreme Court is supposed to rule on the subject sometime in the next year or two, which means you can't ever and I mean ever re-sell electronics, games, or anything else you buy without expressed written permission from the manufacturer.

Pawn Shops, EBAY craigslist, etc. are all expected to close if used merchandise becomes illegal to own.

Well, their rulings so far have kept me positive. Yay used books. I like finding out of print books.....
