Xbox One dev kits are supposed to be 12GB, so is Leadbetter hinting?

Early dev kits did, we have no idea on these final ones, hopefully some leaks soon. :D

My understanding the early dev kits had 12gb of RAM so they have something to work with while the final spec is worked out.

He is talking about the final dev kit for the Xbox One for launch which as 8gb.
