Yes. They sourced GAF which was directly to the Gameinformer interview...

How do you know this? GAF is just a forum, like Gamefaqs. I could easily post a fake quote from someone and provide absolutely no source for that quote here, and no one would take it seriously. Why then should we take a supposed quote with absolutely zero source from GAF as absolute fact?

(Quote directly from the interview)

Need to read dude.

That site provides no source as well. If this interview was done by Gameinformer, show me the link at Gameinformer.

It was in a PHYSICAL magazine, that's kind of why that NeoGaf thread mentioned that part about not being able to post scans and what not >.> Seriously, READ.

EA has been in MS's bathtub since the first showing of the xbox one. Of course they would say that, they are the same company that said the Xbox one will blow the PC out of the water, which of course isn't even logical. Id wait for some other developers start sharing their feelings and not trust a word from EA.

According to quite a few developers (especially those in Europe) the PS4 will be the console most games are developed for. Afterward they'll be ported to the X1.

Good read. This supports why i will get fps on xbone and keep my niche rpgs on ps4

Cannot wait to have 64 player battles on the X1

And I bet you were one of the console peasants before saying stuff like "who cares about 64 players... it's best with 32... 64 too much way way"

So many posts prove poor people favor consoles

Nah, your talking about people who wait for steam sales.

*game is $6*

"Ill wait for a sale"

So because they used something that was available to them, that makes it more optimized on one system over the other? o.o

Fascinating deduction, I'm pretty sure they used whatever the PS4 had as well though, but keep on telling yourselves this, I know fanbots are struggling against the Sony fanboys right now.

why you mad though ? lmaoooo

i don't know crap about specs...and techno jargin.

but I don't blindly believe that because the PS4 has better specs.......that means the games will be better.

Seeing is believing.

PS3 had better specs than 360. Did that make their multi-plats automatically better? NOPE.

they were actually worse, across the board.

So why are ppl assuming that PS4 multiplats will be better, when history says they won't? These are the same kinda posts I saw before the PS3 launched

"Now this is the interesting bit, DICE confirms that the Frostbite 3 engine supports DirectX 11.1 API as revealed by DSOGaming.
“We use DX11.1, there are some optimizations in it (constant buffer offsets, dynamic buffers as SRVs) that we got in to the the API that improves CPU performance in our rendering when one runs with DX11.1. This will be in BF4.”
This means that PC and Xbox One versions of Battlefield 4 would be more optimized than PlayStation 4. "

That is something nobody seems to talk about. Xbox supports DirectX 11. Sony is using OpenGL.

Beings that most every game is developed on PC, typically using DirectX, this inherently gives the Xbox One a leg up in multiplats.

PS4 uses OpenGL, which most Devs prefer, but it also has toolsets based on Dx11.1 so...since they all run @ 60fps...what is this? Optimisation for ants!?

It's been rumored that PS4 has DX 11.1 API support.
