I'm not entirely sure of this since they kept saying out this "Holiday Season" when MS said November. Sony clearly gave themselves a little more room. You can also argue that with the larger supply on launch they need more time to produce. You can claim that MS is behind and needs more time, you can also figure that since MS cut back some of its launch countries it will have more for the countries that it is launching in.

Either way I do expect them to be within 1-2 weeks of each other, so that they are effectively launching at the same time.

Or you could just put the date in the order you'd say it. 11/12/13 for November 12th, 2013. Our way is far more logical.
