The xbone has already been confirmed to have massive heating issues due to the esram which will require them to underclock the cpu and gpu by 50% more than it is now.

The Xbox One already has overheating issues. That is why they have had to introduce a heat sensor that will throttle game performance whenever it gets too hot. via Yahoo!

I have a multiple smoke detectors in my house. That doesn't mean I'm expecting there to be a fire. Safety measures are nothing more than safety measures.

The xbone has a feature that lets it decrease intake on energy consumption if it detects overheating. And gpu was overclocked not the other way around.
