I think it will work well, both UIs look nice and cleaner.

only issue I see with the voice command for the xbox is after a week off of playing the system a lot you may find it awkward at work when you start saying.

xbox productivity report.

Good to know that everything works well, and that transitions are quick. Also awesome that all the kinect commands worked on first try (looks like the guy in the ifrst article was just waiting for one to fail).

Love the look. Haven't seen the PS4's yet. Does it look as bland as the PS3s?

Well to be fair I am sure there probably at least a handful of you. Of course you people are probably the same apologists that comment how the myriad of ads plastered all over the current dashboard isn't intrusive too.
