Anyone else have the impression that MS is scared right now?

I mean, we're getting near daily tweets along the lines of "Xbox One passed FCC earlier this summer....before PS4.", tons of 180s for different policies (DRM, Indies, always online requirements, etc.), and other stuff.

Scared no. But rushing and under prepared? Yes.

Sony is the one who's scared, everyone was expecting big game announcements at gamescom and instead they got a bunch of indies and a snarkey jab at Microsoft. It honestly looks like Microsoft is steadily going forward and Sony is standing still.

Wow that is a whole new level of delusion.

Debunking false reports seems pretty standard.

I don't know....

I agree SONY isn't "scared", but I think most people that aren't raging SONY fanboys felt that after their showing at Gamescom (wow...Minecraft) and having a launch lineup that pales in comparison to the XB1, SONY was going a little overboard with its smug comments.

Scared? Hardly. In my opinion Microsoft is slowly moving up and they know they are.

It doesn't seem like sony is doing enough to gain new customers. I seems like their strategy was "look everyone, MS f'*** up. come buy a ps3." They've been kinda quite otherwise & haven't really shown us anything.

At least MS seems like it's trying. some hits & some misses. Even the ponies are keeping up with everthing MS says.
