WTB JRPGs for Xone

Hey MS, would be nice to see some more unique games other than just FPS, Action games or sports. I am switching to PS4 due to, I feel, MS losing focus on getting good quality exclusives that arent just shooters. That is why I got a X360 to begin with cause it had some good rpgs like ToV, ME1 and Magma Carta 2.

I am glad to see MS reversed their earlier decision for having restricted used games and always on connection but still feel the damage was done, and with the bad PR and forcing the kinect 2.0 on us. MS getting exclusive to games like Titanfall and DR3 doesnt do anything for me cause its just another shooter/action game. If MS at least had limited timed rights to Destiny, that would be a huge pull to keep up with Sony. But it feels like MS lost good gains like Bungie and ME1 just flashy but ultimately "shallow" games like Titanfall. I'm sorry but Americans like other games besides mindless shooters and sports games.

Right now I dont think MS will repeat the 360's success since I doubt Xbone will virtually non-existent japanese support (like rpgs). My 2 cents.

MS bought those early 360 exclusives dude. 3 years from now, the XBone's library will be worse than the 360's second half.

You are buying a PS4 because you don't want just shooters while the X1 isn't even launching with a shooter and the only decent exclusive PS4 has is a very generic shooter?

Makes sense.

Also, I love how jRPGs, a genre that is 100x more overdone than FPS games will ever be, is "unique".

Mass Effect 1 is not a JRPG.

Actually, the Xbox 360 had a bigger selection of jRPGs for the first 4 or 5 years. Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Blue Dragon, Infinite Undiscovery, Last Remnant and a crapload of other stuff.

Well here's the thing. There won't be many JRPGs on the Xbox One other than ones from the big Japanese devs i.e. Campcom, Square, and maybe Namco (though I doubt even them). Japanese devs are steering clear of the Xbox One like the plague and that's not likely to change.

I would buy Xbox One 100% if it gets exclusive JRPGs.

The reason that the PS3 had so many exclusive JRPG's is because it wasn't worth it for japanese devs to port it over because the 360 and PS3 were too different, now that they're the same expect a bunch of JRPG's on both consoles.

Killzone, infamious and 100 indie games are now a reason for JRPG fans to switch to PS4.

Ok.
