Deep Down's gameplay presentation made Ryse look mediocre in all areas

Ryse looks much better than deep down, who are you kidding tc?

I saw deep down and its very dark and its capcom.

Crytek is near impossible to top graphics wise, stop trying. Ryse is bright, violent, and in day light. Its also original gameplay and concept for a game. Deep down is very dark visually for its release gameplay trailer. Have fun squiting. The violence is similar to dark souls, which its ripping off. Its similar like the sword goes through the enemies like really badly for graphics. Its very dark to hide bad gfx. Its not original, the developers of dark souls are probably upset and pissed at sony for making a clone of their game behind their backs.

An original ip capcom game isnt going to go multiplat,

Poke jost.

For the last time~

CryTek LOATHES gameplay. They are incompetent hacks when it comes to gameplay. All their games are just Tech-Demos so people can buy their engine.

"Mash to win."
"QTEs."
"Graphics are 80 percent of a game."
"Derp."

Did you really expect a game made to, you know, entertain not to outdo those tools crappy Lair-clone launch title?

So far Ryse looks very boring compared to Deep Down. I'm so interested in what Deep Down is going to be.

Ryse has single player, so I don't care how it looks I'd get it over Deep Down. Not that I'll get either.

"Ono also announced that the game's maps are procedurally generated and monsters are randomised, while online co-op with up to three friends will also be possible."

A game that looks that good, playing as a Dark Souls-ish dungeon crawler, with Diablo like randomization of maps and monsters, and 4 player co-op, yes please....

I thought Ryse looked pretty decent visually, but Deep Down literally blew me away and made Ryse look unimpressive in the process. Like "This is what Ryse should be". The textures were so detailed and crisp, the combat has so much to it with the magic, and just everything felt alive and breathing.

I have to say Ryse is no longer my most anticipated third person action game

Phase black, I noticed you on the wii u board as well.
Interesting to find you in this part of gamefaqs...
