It's the only reason I buy consoles.

Condensed version: the games and playing with my friends.

And for that reason I am buying an Xbox One first.

The games plain and simple. I could not care less about social aspects and online. I play games when I'm not working or with friends I don't care to play online with obnoxious people. MMOs have taught me that much
Currently Playing: TMNT: Mars: War Logs, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Dragon Fantasy Book II

Kick ass games released consistently throughout the lifecycle of the console (see the ps2) everything else is secondary. </thread>
I don't always Troll on the internet. But when I do, I make it the Xbox-One forums...

-Not being used as a government spy device or a device that can be accessed by another individual to watch me in my home
-Not being forced to connect online once a day in order to play my video games especially since the present service is spotty here with me lately

Simply put

-Game Design Efficacy
-Ease of use
-Ease to develop for

In no particular order.

- Exclusives
- Reliable hardware
- Affordable, both hardware and games

The end really. My PC is going to be more powerful, so the power of the next gen consoles doesn't matter. Because of that, my PC is going to be the platform of choice for multiplats. Therefore, the consoles have little to offer me besides exclusives.
