Can't a 360 be upgraded to a Xbone with the "power of the cloud"

I think Microsoft could bridge the gap between 360 users and Xbone users by letting xbox 360 users purchase digital copies of Xbone games and play them like on a onlive-like service through xbox, then if they buy an Xbone they can download the game digitally.

There's a reason that OnLive isn't a household name.

But I'm sure Gaikai and game streaming for that system will be seamless. Greatness Awaits, of course.

Of course. After the Vita TV was announced, there was already talk amongst gaming reporters about using the 360 to do the same thing locally. We'll have to wait and see.

Kinda wouldn't make sense for Microsoft to upgrade the 360 when the Xbox One is coming out.. It would only hurt sales.
