I wouldn't mind this as I run everyday, but I really need to work on my upper body. If the P90X vids are free then I will give it another go as it works(Did it 2 months before I stopped Junior year in High School), but man was P90X painful. I'm actually excited for this feature, but I like to workout/mostly prefer to run everyday.

Edit: NVM you get like I think a free subscription for a year for XBL owners. I may give it a go if I can finish P90X this time.

So it comes with live? That's surprising since I assume many people would shell out for it

Xbox Fitness will launch "this holiday," and will be free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers from the launch of Xbox One through to November 2014. From January 2015 onwards, unlimited access requires a paid Xbox Fitness Pass subscription on top of a Gold membership. *edit* IGN article says through November but http://news.xbox.com/2013/09/xbox-one-xbox-fitness-unveiled says December 2014.

Those P90X and Insanity programs are actually expensive ... If it's free like they're saying it is (and not "Free portal to buy regimes one exercise at a time!" free), then this is an excellent bonus to get.

I know people won't see it that way because of things like:
1) lol fat nerds don't exercise
2) piracy
3) lol fitness games

etc

But ... it's a great bonus. I look forward to it.

Xbox Fitness sounds like an oxymoron.

Just a lil tip, cause I tell this to all my friends who are just starting to exercise, and don't know. After you're done running or working out, make sure to stretch to muscle you just used for 30-60 seconds. For example, if I did some curls (biceps), then I'd stretch each bicep for about 30 seconds. Stretching helps a lot with being sore, or the pain you feel after a workout. Usually, you'll feel the pain many hours later, or the next day. I wish somebody told me about that in high school. I stopped working out cause my arms would hurt me for a week straight!
